Hi i am thinking of buying a corolla off done deal..It is 97 and only 120 km..It has all the alloys etc. The price seems cheap enough, possibly too cheap. What should a corolla like this average??

It's a 14 year old Corolla I'd expect it to be cheap, anything more than a a grand would be too much. It's a 14 year old Corolla I'd expect it to be cheap, anything more than a a grand would be too much.

    :P

Anyway the actual answer to the question is roughly what audi a4 2008 said,
a little over a grand down to a little bit under a grand, for a good clean standard one with test. Dull but extremely reliable and cheap to run car. And once you keep it well you'll always get something for it when you sell it on, there's a good market for them

If you're going that old I'd go with an older xli if you can get one. Much better imo. The 98'ish ones aren't that great in comparison I think.

Slighty, but more so because they're 1.5 and often compared to 1.3s and 1.4s in corollas and sunny/almeras so they take that slight bit more. a sharp enough little engine, but i could never take to the styling of those.

Anyway, a "done up" 90s corolla will probably not be found in good shape for €1000
