Drinking problem is Ireland!? Not at all!

I dont think any pubs are going to open that early, to be honest.
However, there should be hotel bars open to the public that early and be showing the games. If they will be serving is another thing.

Go in to The Crowes Nest in Crowe st. on the night before a match and the chances are that you will still be there come match time the next morning :pac:

You'd be a brave person to go in there asking them to show the rugby:eek:

Kennedys is the best bet but they won't be open. You won't be served at 7am anywhere will you?

True, but at 6/7 in the morning you would most likely be pulling your own pints anyway, :pac: so putting the rugger on the TV would be childs play at that stage ;)

Kennos or the Century might open for some of the 0930 games but i would'nt just show up at either off them on a whim.It would be an invite job i would reckon.

Just because someone wants to have a pint while watching the rugby regardless of time does not constitute a drinking problem.

Anyway, try knocking the side door of Gormley's, they might be open!

Certain seatown establishments were "open" and serving for '02 WC Ireland games...supping pints at 7am (from sober) is certainly a novel start to the day.
Times have probably changed and rugby mightn't be as popular as the footie...but might be a starting point on your hunt.
