I have eliminated a few common causes of dark purple circles under eyes.

I now suspect it is due to poor circulation.

Im looking for advice on how to improve my circulation to eliminate these circles.

aerobic exercise and alternating hot and cold water on the eyes are what i have picked up so far.

Almost everyone has under eye circles. Collection 2000 in Superdrug do an amazing concealer for like 6 quid.

It can be genetic too. I use 2 concealers every day, 3 if the circles are particularly bad, but I'm coming to terms with the fact that I'll always look tired :o

In my case its genetic, but other factors can make them appear worse. Lack of iron in your diet, caffeine and problems with your liver can all cause circles, or worsen them. Im not one for eating red meat, so I get most of my iron from regulating my diet and supplements, and cutting out coffee from my diet would be like cutting off an arm, so I try to drink plenty of water to flush it out! I'm also very pale skinned, so the circles can be noticed much more, so a good concealer is a must for me.

I take the lazy option & use makeup to cover up.
Try benefit boi-ing or bobbi brown concealer.

    Hi there Quiz,
As a makeup artist, let me tell you, you are not alone, essence do a really good concealer kit, its only abit 3 or 4 Euros, you will get it in Dunnes, mix the pink with the green and lightly tap with a brush under your eyes. Dont use your foundation alone to cover them. Also when you are putting on your eye cream use lightly, you dont want congestion, plenty of water and plenty of sleep. Hope this helps:)

Use a pink cover up under your regular concealer/ foundation on dark circles
