how do i synch contacts from my HTC?

Hi,
Just got a new HTC sensation phone and have switched to Meteor so want to synch my contacts to the website in order to use webtext like I did when with O2.
can't figure out from the meteor website, thanks.

ok, have done this on my phone- thanks! Now how do I transfer to my lap top? I downloaded cabbage onto the desktop but can't figure it out. The phone was so easy!
It seems to only work with outlook. Is this right? I don't have office. Can I synch the contacts from my phone to the meteor website instead so I can send webtext from my lap top as well?

The best way would be syncing with gmail account..it will be always there when u need it.

Go to people - settings - import/export and you can export to SD card. For Google option go settings - sync account and click on Google - sync contacts

Ok, i'm still confusd about how to work cabbage on my desktop. It was easy to istall on my phone. It appears to only work for outlook? I can't see an option to import the numbers from either my google or my phone. It has CSV card as an option or a file or a network but I can't see where I can import from. Thanks.
