Laptop keyboard acting up

    My friends laptop is acting funny the keys are not working right things like 1k+5 2k+6 is coming up. doesn't think anything spilled but does have kids, any ideas?
    Its a Samsung S3510.

    There is keyboard or mainboard problem.

    It's only 3 months old and under guarantee I would think this is the way to go?
    Think it was from Argos, would you think it would take long? Fix or replacement.

    If it's on warranty then make backup all of your data and send it straight to samsung. Ask them for warranty. Probably they will keep your laptop for around 2 weeks.

    Parcel and (UPS/Direct post) do you know where/address and do they pay for the post or is that a bit cheap? If you know cool, if not don't worry it's her prob and thank's for the help.:)
