Hi we are after receiving planning permission. Our architect has asked us do we want him to do constructions plans, inspections visits, and certs. He gave us a price of 3400. Is this good value?

without knowing anything about your project, this does seem like a reasonable fee. it all depends on what standard of build your going for and what you expect from your professional. for instance if this is a standard build that the architect is trusting the builder to run and detail it? that's what this price suggests to me.
