    Hey All,

    Anybody order off Dabs.ie recently?

    If so had anybody any hassle with them?

    I put an order in on Monday which has yet to get passed the "processing" stage.

    All items have plenty of stock according to their site.

    And they are supposed to same day dispatch if items are in stock when ordered.

    From what I've seen they are next to impossible to get into contact with.

    If they get to put your order together, you need to pray that you get all your goods my last order took 20 days from dispatch to delivery, 25 days total, never again. friends of mine have had parts missing and still have not got credit cos it is under investigation.

    Sorry for the downer, cancel if you can.
    many other companies do a far better job.

    I've bought stuff from them once and that was enough, delays and then my order going missing, never again.

    I got my order. But only after I found out that the address supplied to the courier only contained the letters ai and the Dublin.

    Which is nonsense. I don't even live in Dublin.

    I have to say I would be very wary ordering again, it's a shame cause I've used them previously and they were spot on. I've heard they have a new system and it has caused their service to deteriorate.

    Just discovered they have no Irish support - all through UK, pretty dismissive with my issue as printer was two weeks out of warranty, in spite of fact that problem is there from new- wont be dealing with them again, usual nothing to do with us - take it up with the manufacturer.:mad:
