Mother & Baby groups in North Co. Dublin

Hi all, Just wondered if anyone knew of any good mother & baby groups in north county dublin.....I am living in Donabate so somewhere near there preferably. My son is only 3 months old, is he too young to benefit from these groups yet? I would just like to get him used to other people as he spends all day with just me…
