Velux Blind Problem

When i took the velux blind out of the box both black end caps were off. So theres no tension in the spring to allow the blind to roll back up. Can anyone explain how to reset the spring tension.
    Thanks.....
So, i managed to fix it. Thought i'd explain how, as this question is posted on lots of sites & usually responded later with "i figured it out in the end" but not documented.
With both end caps off, unroll blind. Work out which way the metal end twists it will spin back after a couple of turns. With a pliers twist for maybe 50 turns until it holds. Put metal end cap back on holder, carefully fix metal piece thru. Place the holder standing on the ground with this end on the ground. Very carefully slide the other end cap back on. Done. Don't need the "i'd have to call out" from Acme Blinds anymore.

We have blackout blinds but they seem to have come off their little clips so there are gaps and we cant pull them up or down - is there any way to fix this?
