None, it doesn't come off. Just need to wait for the stuff to wear off naturally.

If you had white spirits around i would try some by applying it to a damp cloth and rubbing over the areas on your hands, then ensure that you wash them with soap and water throughly afterwards.

I dunno about sprayfoam but emeryboard nailfiles or similar grade sandpaper is good for removing superglue.

The best way I have found to get rid of PU on your hands is to wear surgical gloves for a few hours. The moisture seems to get under the goo and lift it off.
    :pac:

I know its a old topic i use to work with the stuff all the time and glove can rip and you end up with all over your hands the best and quickest and simplest way i found was if its cured you fill a basin or small bucket half way with sand and liquid soap or washing up liquid for lubrication and simply rub the sand and soap between your hands and fingers make sure to do it over the basin or bucket as not to mess the place up when all the sand with bits of foam from your hands has fallen back into the basin repeat until its all gone

    Cellulose thinners or methylated spirits.

thinners or methylated spirits only work when it has not cured acetone aka nail polish remover works best in that situation

You can buy stuff specifically to remove it called PU Remover.
Soudal is one make but there are others that do the same thing.
