Freesat Music Channels Problem

Hey all! I started using the Ariva 120 HD Combo box recently and was wondering if someone could help me with a problem. The channel listings were pre-installed but when I go to some of the music channels I get a "no signal" message. I looked up Lyngsat and it said that at 28.2 the frequency for these channels is 11307 V. I did a scan but no channels are showing up. I'm having no problem with any of the other channels, just the music ones (Bliss, The Vault, Chart Show TV, NME TV, Scuzz etc).

I'm not the most technically gifted person for this sort of thing, would anyone have any ideas?

Did you set the correct symbol rate (27,500)?

Noticed that also in the last few days. Panasonic TV prompted me to update my channels as new ones were available. Some music channels now moved and now they are all back but on different numbers.

Maybe try to rescan on your box.

Thanks lads, got a little sidetracked last night so I'll try both suggestions after work, thanks again!

You will find that there are about sixteen channels that have disappeared recently, that is beacuse they have moved from transponder 11642 to 11307, so all you need to do is check to see if the new transponder already exists in your TP listing, and if it does do a scan on it. If Transponder 11307 is missing then Add it, and then do a scan, all your stations will then return, and its then up to you to delete & re assign your favourites on the new transponder 11307 V 27500

I just happened on the solution by accident - did a rescan and they channels returned (although on different numbers)
How can I see my TP listing? is there a list of all TPs with their associated channels?

Thanks everyone, did the scan of 11307 V 27500 and most of the Music channels reappeared in working form! Pretty straightforward if you know what your doing :)
