Two mins from Rathmines town centre with numerous buses into the city centre and 10 mins walk to 11 bus to UCD. Sharing the house with one UCD student and two recent graduates…

Good sized single room (would fit double bed) with own bathroom and parking space available in large spacious house on Grosvenor Square, Rathmines.

Two mins from Rathmines town centre with numerous buses into the city centre and 10 mins walk to 11 bus to UCD.

Sharing the house with one UCD student and two recent graduates (all male).
