    My economics is a bit rusty so sorry about this

    Can anyone tell me if the swiss devaluation is good or bad for Irish with swiss franc loans

    They havent devalued the CHF. The SNB has set a target FX rate (1.20) with the Euro. From what i know the the SNB will be activly managing the FX rate by various means.
    It will be good only if you were foolish enough to borrow in CHF's at the recent crazy rates!
