Eircom / Setanta Sportshub problems

I recently got a new laptop (running Windows 7). Since I got it, I don't seem to be able to watch the Setanta Sportshub. Please ensure that "Always on for sport" is not open in another browser window or tab and try again."

It definitely is not open on another browser. I've tried clearing the cache, history etc but to no effect. Also made the kids switch off the Xbox, also to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Edit : It works ok in Firefox, but doesn't work in IE9
