MSI are a decent brand, certainly many of their netbooks/laptops have gotten excellent reviews, I have set up a MSI netbook and laptop for different people and they seem well built/designed. They are also decent value mostly.
Do you really need a touchscreen though? For the most part they are awkward to use, and the novellty will wear off sooner than you'd think. That systems spec is pritty standard, poor value for money imo but perhaps someone else would advise further, I wouldn't rush into buying it, decent brand but seems a bit expensive for what it is, its only a 20" screen after all

Pretty much agree with everything Yoyo said, but if you really are set on an All in One touchscreen PC, then this is about 110 euro more expensive (free delivery), but will have more longevity as it has a much better processor and better specs in general. (Nothing wrong with MSI as a brand, just that the specs are a little dated)
