where to get a full car health & satfy check? (Inc. Engine and gear box)

    i want to get a full car health and safty check, which needs to include engine and gear box.

    cartelll has 4 star check with 250 euro. but i do not need history check and so on.

    anyone could recommend a good place to go with resonable cost,please?
