I placed and order just about 2 wks ago, i received an email to say the order was completed but still havent gotten the products. Just wondering if anybody else has any…

I ordered some stuff from them in July, and it took about 10 days for it to arrive to my house in Maynooth I know there was a 50% off sale on the website over the last few weeks, so maybe it's taking a while to be delivered because of the increase in orders due to the sale. Probably no harm to send an email or get in touch via the Facebook page to see what's up anyway.
