    The admissions office. You have to address it to a "Ms.Susan A. Power". That's what I had to do for Pharmacy anyway. It should be at the bottom of the vetting form.

    No once you send it to the admissions office, they have a bit to fill out and then they send it on to the gardai for you. Simples :)
