Legaly Change Name

    Is there any reason people cant legally change there name to enda kenny,or bono
    would it confuse the system if everyone claiming welfare had the same name,
    be nice to see tax returns in bonos name.

    I suspect Bono's Tax returns are in the name Paul Hewson.
