I am just wondering if anyone has used accupuncture as part of their treatment to recover from running injuries and what their experience was ?
For the records this is not a request for medical advcie more of a general inquiry.

Thanks - I read throught it and it is really helpful. I had a brief accununcture session after a marathon at the weekend - as part of masage treatment provided by organisers, and I found it rexlaxing and helpful. Obivously many of the people who replied to thread you linked to have found it beneficial as well. So I must find a practioner in the Cork area now and preferably one who has treated runners. . Anyone have any recommendations ?
    Thanks.
