How has the car managed so long without a NCT?As it's a 2004 it would of been due a NCT last year, what was the month of registration for the car?

Well, I would assume it was off the road, which if it was I would assume that it would be the same as if you brought a car over from England or something and were NCTing it for the first time, not too sure on this though...

It depends on date of first registration.

F.E If your car was first registered in May 2004, then if you do NCT now, you will get disc until May 2012.
