used vehicles or parts exported to west africa

    i learned of recent that many breakers are shipping off all jap cars and parts (such as toyota nd honda etc) to west africa .what is involed in this and i want as i have a couple of toyotas ready for breaking

    dont know but i sold my 96 transit and was told it's off to nigeria to be used over there
    and the next person inline to buy it was going to pull the motor and box out of it export them only

    Lots of old things get exported to West Africa, you'd often see vans and the like with ready for export marked on them, old CRT TVs and the majority of waste electronics that are found to be still working are exported out to Nigeria and places. BBC's Panaroma did an expose on it recently.
