    ok I've seen this video about financial stuff and wanted someone who has experience in this area to say whether we as a country/state/EU group subscribe to fractional Reserve Banking
    and the other big question is WHY???
    coz it seems like madness if we do!! and is there a way to stop it or re do it or whatever!

    the piece about fractional Reserve Banking can be seen around nine minutes in.

    I did take a look on wikipedia about it too, but got sorta confused :confused:
