Transferring from STG£ to Euro a/c

I need to transfer some funds from a UK STG£ account to my current account (euro). Came across transfermate.com from a search here - am I right in thinking that this is the best (cheapest) way to do it? Any other options i should look at?

What bank are you with in the UK? Is it a one off transfer or will you be doing it regularly?
