Just wondering if anyone here has been through the interview process with Facebook and what their thoughts on it where?

I've always thought it'd be impossible to get a job at Facebook. Surely they can collect unbelievable amounts of dirt on you?

"So, we see that you enjoying going through profile pictures of attractive friends of friends?

"On your CV we see that you spent time volunteering at an orphanage... would you send those drunken messages to exes after coming home from the orphanage or on location?"

"Dude seriously, you passed out in a children's playground. I don't think "being a bit of a perfectionist" is your biggest character flaw.."

A friend of mine recently applied for a role and got asked for a telephone interview.

Some standard enough behavioural-based questions with a few more abstract questions (multiple choice iirc) used to filter certain types of personalities etc

Also know your stuff about facebook. He was asked if he had a fb account (he didn't ) and what facebook credits were etc etc.
