Youtube app - Most viewed

    Anyone know what the story is with this?
    Used to be actually most viewed, now for todays most viewed on youtube there is 2 by some littlemis something crap and what looks like someones wedding.

    This week is adventures in gta (just one video)

    All time is no videos...No videos have been viewed the most ever?!

    if you use the youtube app on the iphone now, please go to most viewed.
    it is broken into 3 sections. Most viewed by day, week and year.
    What do you see for the most viewed today?

    yeh my ipad 2 and iPhone 3gs are the same. You tube is broken. But I have ios 5 on both of them. I thought it might have been a bug with that.

    is it on ios 4 as well?

    Same issue on iOS 4.3.5 on my iPad 2

    Just came across this today myself on the iPad 2. It normally works must be just temporary.

    yup have noticed this on and off over the past few weeks.

    It's not mobile device specific - looks to be a problem with youtube itself

    e.g.

    you'll see the same 3 crappy videos here:

    http://www.youtube.com/charts?gl=IE

    (this is the same data your iPhone is loading).

    It looks like Most Viewed by Country is borked on youtube at the moment.

    I found signing out of youtube on the iphone temporarily did the trick as it set my location to worldwide (which doesn't have the same problem.)

    I actually have reported the problem to youtube twice already - they seemed to fix it about a week ago but it's reared it's ugly head again.

    Bit mad that they're happy to leave such a blatant bug online for so long.
