Bin Collection - Blackpool

Can anyone advise on how to go about getting my bin collected? I live close to the shopping centre in blackpool. Don't think i'll be able to have a wheelie bin seeing my house is just on the streets so wondering how i can contact the guys that pick up the see through bin - the one's in the plastic bag. cheers.
