    all my labs are marked as starting week one. most were like this last year but didnt start till week 3. is it the same again this year?

    Usually the lecturer will tell you in your first class.

    If a lab is scheduled before a lecture, I wouldn't worry about it.

    Labs and tutorials don't start in our course until week 3, we were told this by our lecturers on our first day.
