2003 Audi A4 Headlights Stopped Working

I have an '03 A4 1.8T and last night the dipped headlights just stopped working! The full beams are working fine, along with the hazards/indicators/sidelights/foglights and the fuses are fine. Had a look at the bulbs and the filament is intact so I don't think they're blown.

    Any ideas??

    Thanks

change the bulbs with new ones to be sure. it would be strange for the two of them to go together but not unheard of

Fuse or relay maybe? I'd look at fuses first.

I'll have a look properly this evening, it was late last night when I got home so didn't really look into it in too much detail.

Apologies for bumping an old thread. I'm having the same problem in an 02 A4, just wondering if you figured out what the problem was?

I ended up biting the bullet and bringing it to an auto electrician, problem was loose wiring, a connection had shorted. An 2hours and €80 later it was all sorted!
