It says here that Sony Vaio has a dedicated graphics card but the screenshot says it has not if I am reading it right, Am I right that as it does not have any dedicated video memory it has to take 128 MB of System video memory?

What does shared system memory mean?

From that screenshot it appears you have Intel GMA integrated graphics. It may be that the model in the review is slightly different.

I have a Sony VAIO SR and if you do some research you will find that there are many versions of this laptop with slightly different names. Sony tends to refresh the same model over a year or two with new hardware. For example the SR59 has a Mobility Radeon 4570 with 512mb of dedicated VRAM. I have the SR29XN which was a much cheaper, earlier model and doesn't have a discrete gpu. I've got integrated Intel GMA on mine.
