    Hi

I'm thinking of studying the above three papers in one sitting. Dec 2011.

Just wondering how difficult do you think it would be to do all three together an study at home. Thinking of maybe booking a revision class in nov.

My company will be paying 80% of fees but I just don't think I can give three nights a week to going to college as I live over an hour away. Once I have these three completed I will attend classes for the rest of course (2 at a time)

Planning on doing a computer based exam and to buy Kaplan books.

I think f1 wil be fine but slightly concerned on the other two. I have a diploma in business studies and covered some basic financial and management accounting so I at least think I have a bit of a basic understanding but will need to refresh my knowledge.

So do you think this is realistic? Do many people sit all three together or study at home?

    Many thanks!!

Based on my own experience, you can definitely do these home study if you put the work in. So Id say go for it. But if your the kind of person that benefits highly from lectures then I wouldn't.

    Thanks for the reply Jessie.

That's it, I really don't think I'll benefit from the lectures and would prefer to use my own time wisely. I'm afraid some of the lectures will focus on what I already know which I think I could spend the time better if I schedule my studying myself. I will go to lectures after f3 is completed since I think it will get more intense

Do you think doing three together is manageable? Just reading up on the computer based exams and it seems I can schedule them to suit myself.

Very manageable to do them yourself, plus with the CBE you have until the end of Jan 2012 to do them and have them count as part of the December 2011 diet. Doing the 3 within this time-frame should not be a problem.
