Looking for female to Share Twin Room in City Centre

Hi all,

Just wondering is there anybody still looking for accommodation? A place has become available in the apt i'm sharing. I'm looking for another female student to share large twin room in Henrietta Hall on Bolton Street, walking distance to Trinity College.

Secure apartment block with security entrance gate and 24hour security guard on premise.

The photos are a true representation Of what the apt looks like. It is absolutely in perfect condition inside and fully equipped with utencils.

I have paid the ESB installation/change over of name of €300 which some landlords would ask you to pay, So you wouldn't have to pay that.
Paying for bins/waste disposal are include In the rent price too. So hence the price of rent is very reasonable for the location!

I am anxious to get this vacancy filled as the start date of the lease is this Saturday the 10th Sept.

I am interested in your room share however your DAFT article says you only want Irish females?! I am English does that matter?

Sorry the advert on daft is probably a little misleading. It was more that I'm looking for someone who is living in Ireland or is going to be in college for the full year- September to May. I was getting numerous calls from European students who only wanted to come from Sept-Dec which wasn't going to work out.
Are you in Ireland for the full academic year?

And no i'm a DIT student myself but am willing to share with any students really.

Id be very ineterested in sharing!! Are u a first year? can u tell me about the other people living in the flat?? im a first yr nursing student! How many minutes walk is it to trinity from apartement? can u get back to me asap ?[
