[Share] Housemates to Share House in Drumcondra, Griffith Avenue or Collins Avenue

    Hiya,

    I'm a second year student in St. Pat's looking for housemates to share a house in the Drumcondra, Collins Avenue or Griffith Avenue areas. It would probably suit Pats and DCU students more so than anyone else. I'm tidy, easy going and up for a laugh.. but could do with the study time this year too! I have a few houses in mind and want to organise viewings for some stage next week. If anyone is interested drop me an email at grainne.smith24@mail.dcu.ie. Thanks! :)

    Mater Dei is just off Drumcondra road right?? If so then yeah some of them are close! I'm gonna give them a ring tomorrow to see if they are available still. If they are I'll drop you a message! Would you be available for viewings next week?

    I've just emailed a guy about a house on Clonliffe Road, 80 euro per week for a twin room and 100 for a single. 7 bed house. I'll let you know when I hear back from that one. I'm also looking at one on Home Farm Road, which is about a 15-20 min walk from Mater Dei. Its euro per week and a quarter share of electricity and heating.There's also two other but I'll see how I go with these two first and see how I go. I'll keep you posted! :)

    I couldnt get through to some landlords today when I rang but I'll let you know tomorrow what the story is with all houses I'm looking at :)

    There is one twin bedroom free in a 4 bed house in gracepark heights, drumcondra. Will fit one or two people. All 4 bedrooms are spacious with generous storage space. Convenient to city centre, Beaumont and Mater Hospitals, DCU Marino and St Patricks Training College,Airport and M50. Excellent Bus service to city centre available.Shops, take away restaurants and Cinema all within easy walking distance. Please note rent includes all bin charges for the year.
