Definitely worth a trip out dis evening, I have shot deer during all hours of daylight including middle of the day but the best times are early morning and late evening!

Evening is def worth going out, mind you with the pissing rain I wudnt be going anywhere today !!

I find some spots are better in evening than morning, 2 bits of fallow ground I hav I've never shot anything in the morning, but had gr8 success in evening time :)

I love evening and have a lot of luck in the evening, not if its raining as said in other post, love to put up the hide poles and net about 45min before dark and lay low and just on dark if you know they are using that field they will be out, peep and creep in the morning and lay low in the evening, best of luck...

In the past week I have seen deer at 6am,7am,9am,10am,4pm,6pm and 9pm.

I have shot most of my deer in late afternoon.

I was up twice this week at 5am and saw no more than I did at 8/9pm.

If you are like me an HATE mornings, head out 2 hours before dark and if they are around you will get them.

I shot deer on a section 42 at 11:30 in July. It's not the time of day but the brightness that makes them move.
Dusk is a moveable feast depending on time of year. That's why I would always go for a good scope.
