did anybody upc go down twice yesterday

    the upc broadband went down twice yesterday in s. Dublin (kingswood , tallaght)
    2-4 and 10 till sometime in the night
    anybody the same
    hope it not the modem acting up...
    i checked to see if it was the router , which it wasn't
