DNS error (80710102)

    Anybody know a quick and simple way to fix this annoying error ?
    its the typical scenario : wont obtain ip but then when you enter it manually it fails internet connection . i have changed the DNS numbers to those that you see on youtube etc like 4.4..etc.

    my isp is digiweb and appantly they wont answer phones until monday which is dumb.

    i tried other methods like changing the time and date and restoring all default settings but nothing
