You could use firefox sync maybe. No need to save the file onto a external hard drive :D

(this is meant for mobile devices but I presume it works for windows/mac/linux just fine)

You Format ye machine?!? What; Ye occasionally wipe the whole damn thing and reload the OS? You people scare me!

I mean, seriously; What a brilliant idea. Get all that 'Virtual Memory' and lord knows what back in place. Excellent. If only I had the nerve and the know how :pac:

Okay. I've partaken tonight. I'll get back to this and approach ye suggestions like a suspicious fox, later today :D

    Cheers, peeps!

Definitely have to recommend this as well. Works so great not only for bookmarks but extensions as well. Plus it works with Thunderbird too. I use it on all my computers.

It took me a while to figure this out. I wonder what the logic in changing the old and simple 'Orgaise Bookmarks' to the new confusing 'Show all bookmarks' is about?

 * Face Palm *! Thanks for that, MP22. As Carne says; Why did they have to do that?

Anyway, I now have a " JSON " file. I'll salt that away. Haven't got a clue how, or what to do with it, to make it save me. But, I'm sure, comes that terrible day, I'll figure it out.

    Much Thanks, All /Thread :)

You can schedule that so you don’t have to remember to do it.
Or Mozbackup does the job as already mentioned.
