Just wondering if anyone knows of any good videos etc that gets them pumped? I listen to music while running but I'm not talking about songs.

In a race if I'm starting to slow or my mindset turns negative I have a video on my mp4 that gets me going. On a mobile here so can't link but YouTube Sly Stallone Contender. Works for me everytime.

Anyone know of any others or even motivational tips?

Watching a video during a race to motivate yourself? I've heard it all now!
What pace would you need to be running to actually watch a video?

*Edit*: Motivational tips (to make this a constructive post). If you're lacking in mental strength during the race you should consider the following:
    1) Maybe look at your training program. Are you doing suitable mileage for your goal? Following a structured plan?
    2) Is your pace realistic? are you starting out too fast and struggling to maintain the pace?
    3) Maybe drop the music/video player so you can focus on the race goal.

Lol sorry I should have said listen to the vid! I don't watch it in my runs! I have structured plans etc its not a fitness issue. I can be negative at times and during a run or training this can really be damaging. I like to have motivational music etc to counter that kick on or even keep going!

Fair enough! I listen to music while training, and have a play-list of up-tempo music tracks that I find really help when doing speed-work/fast sessions. Maybe include a few 'go to' songs, when the going gets tough? Eminiem 'lose yourself' type stuff!

Not really videos that fire me up but if I ever think "I'm not sure I can do this", these two come to mind...

This is not exactly a motivational video but I find it and the song motivating. The song is Sail by awolnation and everytime I hear it it just gives me a sense of freedom. Corny I know but I have it on my mp3 player now!

PS: Jeb Corliss is a nutter!
