Hello, I'm having a problem with Microsoft Word. I'm typing a large document, and for some reason, there is an email format open on top which i can't get rid of. It sits atop the rest of the document, and gives me typical email options. I haven't a clue how to get rid of this, and neither do those I've spoken to about it.…

The document has probably been created using the normal email template. Look in Word help for templates.
