how much to build

hi so we really want to build our own house and we have found a site with full planning per for a house we like the look of the house but are unsure if we could afford to build it. it has big windows, 3 bathrooms ect how can we get an idea of how much it would cost ? Thanks :D

A good start would be giving the dimensions of it, is it 2 storeys etc.
Or show the plans to a builder.
