Went into town today and bought a couple of autumn cardigans etc. I also decided to replace last winter's leggings and was shocked to find very few in the shops. What happened to the rails and rails of leggings (every colour and length) that Penneys and Dunnes had ? I know lots of you ladies hate leggings but most of my winter wardrobe is built around them. PLEASE don't tell me that leggings 'are sooo last year'.

I was in Pennys in Wilton in Cork today and there was loads of leggings there. Maybe the Pennys you were in just need to restock.

Phew ! The relief ! If they were gone I would have nothing to wear with all my winter tops and long cardigans. I must have been unlucky today, I tried Penneys in Mary St and O'Connell St and all they had were a few black pairs, same story with Dunnes. They better start re-stocking soon or else........

American apperal have them in every possible colour but they are expensive. Pennys had them the last time I was there in Blanch but not a great selection.

Zara had a big rail of them yesterday, loads of colours. A bit more expensive than Dunnes and Penneys but thicker material and far better quality IMO.

Pennys down near me had loads the other day.

I love leggings, there is certain ways I wouldn't wear them but I think they will always be in style. I can't wait for Winter when I'll be digging out my woolly jumper dress and wearing my leggings underneath with my doc marten boots :D:D Love Winter!!!

Tesco have brown, navy, black and mink. Thought the best ones I got were the 12euro ones in A-wear.

I was in Penneys today and they had loads of leggings in various colours. I noticed they had stickers on them that said "ankle length" so don't know if they are shorter than usual ones?

I think ankle length means they are long. I'm short-ar$e so I need cropped ones. Thankfully leggings still seem to be in plentiful supply, I must have hit Penneys and Dunnes on a bad day.

I saw leggings in Penneys the other day so they're still around. Maybe not in the really bright summer colours but they had them.

You could try H&M too. The last pair of leggings I got there were much better than the penneys ones.
