This is my first time using boards and i have a funny question. I am currently unemployed, after 26 years, and i am on social welfare. I have a dog and a few people told me I can get an allowance for DOG FOOD!! Has anybody heard of this or where can I get the info, its not on the welfare site. thanks, jolly
