    I'm buying a car in the next few weeks,looking for the biggest/best car auctions in the country & details of when they're on. I'll be bringing a mechanic with me, so I will be careful & travelling anywhere isn't really a problem.
    Anyone have any suggestions of where to go????

    Belgard and Winsor are probably the largest. Just remember that there are no great bargins at auctions these days unless you are buying high end undesireable stuff.

    It is good to bring a mechanic with but my advice first would be to go along to as many of them just to see how they operate. It will be an eye opener for you and then decide if you really want to buy there.
