I actually have some sympathy for him. He couldn't have been any worse for the job which is kinda why he was led into it imo

It would have been obvious by his general manner how he would react to anything, he's just close minded and contemptuous by nature, not necessarily bad but sooooooooooo wrong for the job. And probably politics in general
