I just got a lovely new red/stainless steel Russell Hobbs 1.8 litre quick boil kettle and red/stainless steel 4 slice toaster in Menarys in Omni Park Shopping Centre for 85 euro.

Argos,Curries,Tesco,Littlewoods Ireland and DID wanted anywhere from 120-140 euro for the same items.

Theres probably somewhere online that I could have got it a bit cheaper than that from, but after spending the entire day looking in various shops for these 2 items,Im quite pleased with my purchase this evening.

    It pays to shop around.:)

    - good purchase Paddy- I always find the electrical depts of places like Arnotts, House of Fraiser Debanhams or indeed House and Home always have offers for these smaller electrical goods- I wouldn't use the likes of DID/Currys as I find they're usually either expensive or have a limited range

I was in Harvey Normans today ( aka Hardly Normal) and their sale price for the toaster for 65 euro and the kettle was 55 euro.

So 120 euro all in,in their electrical goods sale.
