Will This Madbull RIS Kit fit a DBoys M4 Body??

Simple answer... Yes

anything else? the reason why i ask is that i had a problem adding a KA RAS II kit as the D ring did not far enogh onto the Dboys upper receiver to allow the top section of the ras to sit flush and screw onto the top receiver without the end of the top section (clossest to the muzzle) pointing to the sky in the most unholy manner and am just wonering am i going to have any D ring issues with the Madbull kit

You shouldn't, I've had the pws systems on clone bodies (which has a similar mouting system as far as I remember). Worst case scenario in my opinion is you need to rethread your receiver... Which funnily enough Madbull sell the die for
