I have a well and this morning the water went cloudy and has been since. I have been told that its a sign the well is running dry but mine was only bored five years ago. Has anyone encountered this problem...could there be a problem with the pump instead. Any info or advice appreciated.

thats usually a sign of the well running dry. if it starts changing from a cloudy colour to a muckey looking colour over the next few weeks(or over time). i would guess its drying up.Its usually the dirt from the bottom been drawn up and the pump is pumping that colour water to your property.
