When you say it won't start, is the engine turning over?

When she turns over, is there any exhaust smoke? I reckon there is an airlock somewhere. Have you had to bleed it after running out of diesel or when changing filters lately?

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

could have a hole in the pipe from the tank leave the loosen the screw tap beside the fuel filter and leave the shuttle in gear then get someone to turn the key to start it if the feul is coming not coming you should check further - happened me before the the filter on the lift pump in the tank could be getting clogged with dirt
not hard to check lift the mat on the passenger side and undo the screws it will come up and you can clean it if needs be

It does sound like a fuel problem. Work the fuel lift pump a few time before you start it and see if that makes a difference. That's the small hand pump under the glass bowel.
    It looks like this.
