test date?

i applied to sit my test a month ago and still have not received a date on when my test is. does it usually take this long to get a date or should i ring them up about it. in sligo btw

Best thing to do is to ring the RSA on 1890 40 60. Ask them about the waiting list and say you are available at short notcie.

The waiting time for Sligo is 8 weeks and they will notify you of your appointment details, generally up to four weeks before the date.
I would it it 5 weeks since you recieved your confirmation e-mail.

Ring & ask to be put on cancellation list!! I applied to Wicklow 3 wks ago ( hold licence 6mths last Sat! ) emailed looking for to be added to cancellation list last wk & have my test @ 3.45 today ( 12 wk wait for Wicklow so am delighted I have a test date so soon! )
