About the completion of a road junction at the entrance to a housing estate? Near the end of the road i live on had a housing estate built a few years ago but the junction at the entrance was never finished. I'm just about home from yet another near miss from absolute assholes who seem to think they have the right of way & just come flying out not even looking to see whats coming. Most of the time im lucky to be back from the junction as i approach & as they do it & witness them never ever looking left or right.

So, town council? County Council? NRA?! (somebody told me recently that its now the NRA's responsibility to finish off roads within housing estates as opposed to the council but i dont believe this, thought id mention it anyway see what ye say)

I want to head into the guards to see what they think, but thought id see what sort of responses i get on here first.

I've never complained to the council about anything before but this has just gone on too long at this stage.

It is probably the responsibility of whoever constructed the estate.

    After that the council.

The NRA are responsible for motorways and national routes so unless your estate opens onto an N road I doubt it is them.
